• Pick one or more meat(s) and sides for you and your group and we’ll walk you through the rest at the counter if you’re coming in. Our meats are cut to order and you’ll see it prepared right in front of you.

For To-Go Bulk Orders:
• We sell everything according to weight, so be sure to order enough!
• You can purchase 1/3 pound, 1/2 pound or a full pound (or more) of each menu item.
• Prices are Per Pound – and best to figure three people per pound.
• 1/3 of a pound of meat is a perfect portion for most but get a 1/2 pound if you’re craving more.

KANSAS CITY ORIGINAL SAUCE
Our first Barbeque sauce that started it all! KC Original is a tomato base with molasses, local mountain wild honey, Hickory wood smoke and spices; it has medium heat and goes on everything.
KANSAS CITY KICKED UP!
Just like it sounds. This is a kicked up version of the KC Original with more heat and spices and the addition of a variety of peppers. This sauce is HOT!
KANSAS CITY MILD
When you want to add sweetness without the heat or spice.
KANSAS CITY SMOKIN!
Smoked with our imported hickory for hours for a rich thick balance of smoke, heat, spices and a touch of honey. Brings the heat. Where there’s smoke, there’s fire!
EAST NORTH CAROLINA
This is perfect sauce for the classic pulled pork sandwich. Full of vinegar, onions, peppers and our spices; zesty and tangy to soak into the meat and bread.
SOUTH CAROLINA
Mustard tones come out in this sauce as you travel south along the East coast of the Carolinas adding a hint of sweet, vinegar and spice. Excellent on pork or grilled meats, or mix with our other sauces if you want to add the hint of mustard.
WEST CAROLINA
Traveling West in the Carolinas, the introduction of tomato and sweetness starts to show up in different sauces. This sauce is a vinegar base with a hint of tomato, onion, and spice.
BAMA!
Bama! is an Alabama White sauce made for chicken as a baste and a dipping sauce. This mayonnaise, vinegar and pepper concoction is now used on turkey, and burnt ends!
MEMPHIS
Tennessee is still predominately pork country and Memphis is the perfect grilling sauce for pork. Made with spices, vinegar, mustard and a hint of tomato, this sauce has medium heat.
ST. LOUIS
Sweet tomato base with vinegar and spices but mild and perfect for grilling.
TEXAS
Texas is beef country! This sauce is for big cuts of brisket, loaded with spices, a little tomato, vinegar and medium heat. Mix into our other sauces for the sweet and spicy thing.
NEW MEXICO
Full of chilies, peppers and tomatillos, this sauce is medium to high on the heat scale but full of fire roasted pepper flavor. We mix New Mexico’s Red and Green sauces for traditional “Christmas style” sauce!
NO. 7
Fire roasted Habenero, Jalepeno and Serrano peppers bring the heat and lots of it. Give it 7 seconds and you will feel it from head to toe! Use sparingly because this sauce is Fire alarm HOT!
HONEY CHIPOTLE
Smokey, sweet chipotle heat for the all meats, with a touch of vinegar and spices.
BARBECUE WING
Not your ordinary wing sauce! With heat, spices and a little smoke, this sauce is great on turkey as well.
